Campfire is on a mission to redefine the accounting software landscape by taking on giants like Netsuite to build modern accounting software for startups and mid-size tech companies. Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions to supercharge the accounting platform
• Automate financial workflows and build intelligent features for real-time insights
• Take ownership end-to-end from prototyping models to deploying and monitoring them in production
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design teams

Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP)
• Proven experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models into production environments
• Familiarity with LLMs such as OpenAI and Hugging Face and fine-tuning for real-world use cases

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for applying AI to solve real business problems
• Interest in building practical, customer-facing applications of AI rather than pure research
• Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced startup environment
