AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning models to solve complex business challenges
• Build and maintain Generative AI applications, including LLMs and RAG architectures
• Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
• Create AI agents and workflow automation solutions
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders
• Monitor and optimize AI model performance and deploy workloads within cloud environments
• Ensure AI solutions meet governance, security, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn
• Proficiency with Deep Learning, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS AI Services, including Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or OpenAI/Anthropic APIs
• Knowledge of MLOps and Kubernetes
• AWS or AI/ML professional certifications
• Experience developing autonomous AI Agents and enterprise-scale AI deployments
