AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications and services using large language models (LLMs) via Azure OpenAI Service.
• Implement use cases such as chatbots, copilots, document summarization, knowledge search, and workflow automation.
• Apply prompt engineering, grounding, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, safety, and performance while managing model lifecycles and versioning.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to perform preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub and deploy solutions in Azure environments.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems and Microsoft tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in software development, AI, or machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Microsoft full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building APIs and backend services.
