About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable database architectures using Supabase and MongoDB
- Deploy and manage AI agents including Openclaw, Hermes, and Cowork
- Build production-ready applications using modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Build, maintain, and scale workflow automations using n8n, Make, and Zapier
- Integrate third-party APIs and connect systems across business functions
- Customize and extend CRM and ERP platforms to support operational requirements
- Monitor system reliability and troubleshoot technical issues
Requirements
- Several years of experience building and supporting production systems
- Proven experience with workflow automations (n8n, Make, or Zapier)
- Proficiency with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Codex
- Solid database architecture experience with Supabase and MongoDB
- Practical experience deploying AI agents
- Strong API development and third-party integration capabilities
- Portfolio of shipped systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python, Odoo, ReactJS, Node.js, Vite, or Tailwind CSS
- Experience with CRM and ERP customization
