Responsibilities

• Build Generative AI and AI agent solutions for customer operations and lending workflows
• Design prompts, workflows, and evaluation processes to ensure AI reliability
• Integrate LLMs with internal tools, APIs, databases, and business systems

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, AI, or machine learning
• Strong Python skills including API integrations and async programming
• Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts like LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RAG, embeddings, and agentic workflows
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms like GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI
• Background in financial services or credit risk automation
