AI Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the success of largest customers by leading high-impact deployments
• Track customer health across executive sentiment, user sentiment, and adoption metrics
• Oversee enterprise-scale projects to ensure they meet business objectives and drive ROI
• Run daily project scrums, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
• Build relationships with engineers, product users, and executive stakeholders
• Lead technical onboarding, training, and rollout for new customer environments
• Deliver Business Value Assessments (BVAs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Surface product insights to engineering and product teams to influence the roadmap
• Identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives

Requirements

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management in SaaS
• Strong technical foundation in cloud infrastructure, observability stacks, and APIs
• Experience with observability, incident management, monitoring, or GenAI tooling
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences
• Metrics-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs like WAU and NRR
• Proven track record of driving adoption and leading account expansion
