AI Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high-value and complex accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen adoption and deliver measurable ROI
• Lead data-driven conversations that tie AI performance to client KPIs and long-term objectives
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and ownership stakeholders
• Develop executive-facing materials, including performance reviews and ROI analyses
• Create and present success stories to enable Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
• Guide clients through implementation and ensure quick time-to-value
• Design repeatable strategies to support product rollout
• Provide structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in asset management (real estate preferred), consulting, or client strategy within a tech or startup environment
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise clients on business transformation
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn insights into strategic recommendations
• Passion for emerging technology and AI impact
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong prioritization and execution skills
• Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days a week
