AI Enablement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on AI support to non-technical employees using Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT
• Help employees build and refine AI agents, prompts, shortcuts, and efficiency workflows
• Design and deliver role-specific enablement sessions and office hours
• Build scalable enablement mechanisms including ambassador networks and recorded training
• Own the AI connector/MCP lifecycle from request through user training
• Partner with Technology and People teams to scale high-impact AI use cases
• Contribute to an AI impact scorecard tracking adoption and productivity gains

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years experience in service, help desk, enablement, or training roles
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT in a professional environment
• Experience building agents, automating workflows, and connecting AI tools to other systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio of personally built AI tools, automations, or agents
• Experience helping non-technical users build AI-driven workflows
• Strong understanding of AI best practices, responsible use, and data sensitivity
• Ability to perform hands-on configuration for AI integrations (connectors, MCP servers)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
