AI Enablement Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own engineering team onboarding and design AI-first Day 0 through Day 90 experiences
• Enable embedding AI into daily engineering workflows like backlog and PR synthesis
• Codify engineering processes through living training and documentation
• Design and scale technical learning programs, workshops, and demos
• Enable engineering manager effectiveness through customized leadership enablement
• Define and track enablement success using north-star metrics and data
• Partner with Recruiting to align competencies and interview assessments
• Elevate engineering culture through tech talks and communities of practice

Requirements

• Technical practitioner with deep understanding of IDEs, Git, CI/CD, and testing
• Strong systems thinker capable of breaking down technical workflows
• Proven ability as an operator-teacher and clear technical writer
• Outcome-oriented with a focus on measurable developer productivity
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product, HR, and Security teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in software engineering, developer productivity, or engineering operations
• Experience designing developer onboarding, bootcamps, or technical education
• Experience measuring developer experience metrics (e.g., review SLAs, CI stability)
• Hands-on experience with modern SDLC tooling and workflow automation
• Experience rolling out internal AI tools and establishing usage guardrails
