AI Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

• Build the AI infrastructure by designing and maintaining an internal AI productivity suite
• Enable and educate the organization through onboarding sessions, workshops, and playbooks
• Establish and enforce standards for AI governance, safe use, and data handling
• Partner with teams to embed AI into workflows and build agents and automations
• Analyze tool usage and adoption signals to iterate on outcomes
• Create and maintain an LM-readable context layer for shared truth between agents and humans

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment
• Hands-on ownership of cross-functional initiatives involving AI or advanced technology adoption
• Strong technical fluency in LLM-based systems including prompts, agents, retrieval patterns, embeddings, and APIs
• Engineer mindset with the ability to build, debug, and ship alongside technical teams
• Proven track record in enablement and driving adoption at scale
• Entrepreneurial and process-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English; German is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and integrating AI workflows across various tools and data platforms
• Experience developing learning content and feedback loops for non-technical teams
