AI Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate agent and internal tool builds with engineers, translating business needs into technical direction
• Run training, workshops, and documentation to help teams adopt AI
• Build and grow an AI champions program across the organization
• Draft and operationalize guidelines, access policies, and usage guardrails to ensure safe and fast AI implementation
• Act as a connector across the organization to make the AI Enablement function visible and trusted

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical foundation
• Coding exposure sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineers
• Several years of experience in fast-moving environments such as ops, strategy, product, consulting, or program management
• AI-native mindset with a proactive approach to using AI tools
• Ability to switch between strategy, delivery, and people management
• Exceptional learning speed and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to legal, GTM, or regulated/high-trust environments
• Experience with agent platforms, workflow tools, or no/low-code AI
• Proven track record of building initiatives from scratch
