Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across every department to identify high-impact AI opportunities
• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, tools, and automations that improve internal operations
• Lead by example as the most active AI practitioner within the organization
• Partner with Information Security to ensure alignment with responsible AI frameworks
• Build AI capability across Auror through enablement sessions and practical playbooks
• Own the Internal AI Adoption strategy in partnership with the CPXO
• Evaluate new tools, models, and approaches to translate their value to the company context

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience with AI tools including LLMs, automation platforms, and workflow builders
• Proven track record of building and shipping workflows, tools, or systems in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of responsible AI, including bias, transparency, and data privacy
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and apply first-principles thinking to complex problems
• Natural ability to enable and upskill others in new technologies
