Responsibilities

• Build the AI infrastructure by designing and maintaining an internal AI productivity suite
• Enable and educate the organization through onboarding sessions, workshops, and playbooks
• Establish and enforce standards for AI governance, safe use, and data handling
• Partner with teams to embed AI into workflows and build agents and automations
• Analyze tool usage and adoption signals to iterate on outcomes
• Maintain an LM-readable context layer to ensure agents and humans operate on shared truth

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment
• Hands-on ownership of cross-functional initiatives involving AI or advanced technology adoption
• Strong technical fluency in LLM-based systems including prompts, agents, retrieval patterns, embeddings, and APIs
• Proven track record of training and enabling non-technical teams
• Engineer mindset with the ability to build, debug, and ship alongside technical and non-technical teams
• Entrepreneurial and process-oriented mindset
• English fluency required; German is a plus
