AI Enablement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build deployment tooling end-to-end, designing and shipping internal applications from the data layer to the UI.
• Ship AI-powered features including agent workflows, copilot experiences, and automation tools like intelligent inbox scanning.
• Maintain high velocity using AI-assisted development and coding agents to ship meaningful features daily.
• Work across the full stack using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and various API integrations.
• Operate with high autonomy to identify problems, design solutions, and ship software without detailed specifications.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of engineering experience with a proven ability to ship complete products.
• Strong full-stack web development skills, specifically proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• AI fluency, including experience building AI-powered features such as agent workflows or RAG systems.
• Extremely high prototyping velocity and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Strong product instincts with an emphasis on crafting polished, user-centric interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at early-stage startups or a background as a technical founder.
• Forward-deployed engineering experience (e.g., Palantir, Anduril, Scale AI).
• Familiarity with project management or deployment tracking domains.
• Experience building on low-code backends like Airtable or Notion.
• Contributions to AI tooling or developer tools.
