AI Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise AI agents to automate and standardize application development, deployment workflows, and DevOps processes.
• Develop tool-using agents capable of reading/writing JSON/YAML, analyzing logs, and interacting with internal APIs.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines leveraging requirements documents, design specs, and internal standards.
• Integrate LLM-powered agents into Azure DevOps (ADO), Git repositories, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create reusable agent templates for test automation, vendor compliance checks, and deployment readiness validation.
• Support MERN application teams by generating test cases, reviewing coverage, and assisting with design documentation.
• Assist ADO engineers by reviewing vendor repositories for compliance and analyzing pipeline execution failures.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI agents or autonomous workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
• Knowledge of automated testing concepts and workflows.
• Proficiency with Git and Jira-based workflows.
• Experience integrating AI tools into existing engineering workflows.
