AI Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models to solve business and operational challenges
• Build, train, test, and deploy models using structured and unstructured data sources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing applications and platforms
• Develop data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and model evaluation frameworks
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
• Document solutions, algorithms, and processes to support knowledge sharing and maintainability
• Monitor deployed models and continuously improve them based on performance metrics and feedback

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT, software engineering, data engineering, or a similar technical role
• 3+ years of focused experience designing and developing AI and machine learning solutions
• Strong experience with programming languages such as Python or Java
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience working with data processing, feature engineering, and model lifecycle management
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI services such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring, and version control
