AI Developer II

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents, automations, prompts, and retrieval systems
• Apply modern agent architectures and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and CrewAI
• Design and deploy robust integrations between product suites and third-party enterprise systems
• Implement integration patterns including API-driven, event-driven, and file-based exchanges
• Serve as an embedded AI specialist within customer implementations to translate business workflows into automated solutions
• Build reusable libraries, templates, and modules for Professional Services consultants
• Collaborate with R&D, Data Engineering, and Product Management to align AI capabilities with company strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years experience designing or implementing AI-driven solutions
• 1+ years hands-on experience building AI agents or orchestration workflows
• 2+ years experience in enterprise application integration (EAI) in a Professional Services or consulting setting
• Proficiency in LLM prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and vector stores
• Technical fluency in Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Proficiency in designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, or Kafka
• Strong understanding of security standards like OAuth 2.0 and JWT
• Ability to map complex business processes into structured workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in GovTech, public-sector workflows, or financial management
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices and privacy compliance
• Background in Professional Services or customer-facing technical roles
• Experience building reusable tooling or platform capabilities
