AI Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models including regression, classification, and ensemble methods.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML workflows across modern cloud-based platforms.
• Implement end-to-end AI-driven solutions from data ingestion to production deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in business, engineering, and analytics to translate model outputs into actionable business outcomes.
• Develop technical standards, reusable templates, and best practices for feature engineering and model evaluation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or software engineering, ideally in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as PySpark.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in model evaluation metrics (Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1 Score, ROC-AUC).

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate or Data Scientist Associate certification.
• Databricks or equivalent platform certifications.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
