AI Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions tailored to business needs
• Build and optimize machine learning models and data pipelines
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
• Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed AI models to ensure scalability and performance
• Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML Development or Software Development (Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios are encouraged to apply)
• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts
• Experience working with databases, data processing, REST APIs, and Git version control
• Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with cloud services including AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python visualization libraries
