AI Deployment Strategist

About the Company

Amperos is healthcare's first AI-native denial management and revenue recovery platform. Our agentic AI works claims end-to-end, from portal follow-ups and payor calls to appeals and medical records, so providers can resolve more denials, recover more revenue, and focus on what matters most: serving patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments end-to-end, including configuring workflows, coordinating data readiness, and building SOPs
• Own customer relationships as the primary point of contact, communicating financial impact and strategic value
• Create and maintain executive-facing deliverables such as implementation roadmaps and performance dashboards
• Triage and resolve operational issues by looping in Product and Engineering teams
• Build and track KPIs to identify trends and surface risks
• Build documentation, process guides, and implementation materials to scale the deployment playbook
• Identify product or process breakdowns and bring concrete proposals back to the team

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer deployments, investment banking, management consulting, or a similar client-facing environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into narratives for executives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for C-suite interaction
• Ability to structure work and manage ambiguity independently
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for building executive-ready materials and financial models
• Ability to build trust and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) background
