AI Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare organizations to design, scale, and manage AI agent solutions that drive clinical and operational ROI
• Manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through expansion, ensuring sustained value and successful deployment
• Identify high-impact expansion opportunities and build comprehensive business cases and ROI models
• Collaborate with Agent Engineers and Solutions Architects to translate customer requirements into technical specifications
• Design and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value delivery and showcase outcomes
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally to shape product roadmap priorities based on real-world feedback
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments including clinical leadership, IT, operations, finance, and compliance teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing strategy, deployment, or implementation roles
• Background in healthcare technology, enterprise SaaS, or management consulting
• Direct experience working within healthcare delivery environments such as clinical operations or hospital administration
• Strong business acumen with proven experience in ROI modeling and quantifying operational impact
• Excellent project management capabilities and the ability to drive multiple concurrent deployments
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in complex organizations
