AI Deployment Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the design and execution of enterprise AI pilots, including scoping, cohort definition, and success criteria
• Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases to generate credible signal within 30–45 day pilots
• Drive activation and sustained engagement through targeted enablement, office hours, and workflow coaching
• Monitor pilot performance and adapt in real time to diagnose gaps in engagement or stakeholder alignment
• Translate pilot signals into executive-ready recommendations for expansion or purchase decisions
• Navigate customer constraints regarding security, data access, and competing tools
• Partner with Account Directors and Solutions Engineers to align on scope and risks
• Capture patterns across pilots to create repeatable playbooks for execution and outcomes

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, customer success, program management, or solutions engineering
• Proven track record leading structured pilots, POCs, or adoption programs tied to commercial decisions
• Exceptional presentation skills for conveying technical concepts to executive stakeholders
• Experience driving product adoption and change management within large organizations
• Technical fluency to reason about data access, integrations, and deployment constraints
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• High ownership mindset and collaborative approach
• Commitment to the responsible and ethical deployment of AI
