Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with top enterprise customers, owning long-term account success
• Engage CTO, VP, and SVP Engineering stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide AI-driven organizational change
• Lead enterprise rollouts end-to-end, including onboarding, enablement, and scaled adoption
• Turn high-impact use cases into durable, repeatable workflows across teams
• Monitor account health and usage data to drive renewals and expansion with AEs
• Represent the customer internally by synthesizing feedback and influencing product priorities

Requirements

• Experience working at the intersection of business and technology in customer-facing roles
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes
• Understanding of modern engineering organizations, the SDLC, and developer workflows
• Comfortable communicating with both developers and senior executives
• Analytical and operational mindset using data to prioritize and drive action
• Proficiency with Cursor or modern AI coding tools is a significant plus
