AI Deployment Lead

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery to understand business workflows, tech stacks, and call flows
• Design call flow diagrams and interaction maps for agent behaviors
• Manage 4 to 6 concurrent deployments with clear milestones and project governance
• Design comprehensive test scenarios including edge cases and adversarial situations
• Conduct test calls and manage the feedback loop with Agent Engineers
• Track agent KPIs and manage post-production performance and bugs
• Navigate multi-stakeholder environments including CXOs, Operations, and IT teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, digital transformation, or technical implementations
• Ability to understand APIs and read basic integration specifications
• Strong communication skills for presenting to executives and technical teams
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-ownership environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying or managing voice AI agents, conversational AI, or automation systems
• Familiarity with the US consumer finance or debt collections industry
• Experience working with North American customers
