AI Deployment Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage global AI deployments for thousands of users across top-tier private equity and consulting firms
• Own and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact
• Act as the Voice of the Customer by interfacing between users and the product team to shape the product roadmap
• Co-design and deliver training programs to drive user adoption and satisfaction
• Leverage data to drive customer usage, retention, and operational excellence
• Help shape the structure, processes, and culture of the growing Customer Success team

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consulting (CDD preferred), 2+ years in Private Equity, or 3+ years in CS/Product/Data roles within a startup
• Proficiency in SQL for customer analysis and data-driven decision making
• Advanced LLM prompting skills (ChatGPT and other tools) within professional workflows
• Native or highly fluent English communication and presentation skills
• Strong ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep empathy for the workflows and pressures faced by consultants and investors during due diligence
• An active interest in AI and thoughtful opinions on its industry impact
