AI Deployment Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI engagements, from initial discovery and value sizing to full-scale adoption.
• Run structured discovery sessions with customers to develop product proposals and map complex business needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including engineers and data scientists, to ensure high-quality, audit-ready solutions.
• Drive change management by onboarding stakeholders and redesigning workflows to ensure AI tools are deeply integrated into client operations.
• Own the commercial agenda within accounts, identifying expansion opportunities and building long-term client trust.
• Translate customer requirements and operational pain points into clear technical specifications for internal product teams.
• Bridge the gap between technical AI/ML capabilities and actionable business recommendations for senior executives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Background in top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain), private equity, or leading AI/product companies.
• Proven experience leading client discovery and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated success driving enterprise-scale change management, including workflow transformation and operating-model redesign.
• High level of comfort with AI and technical concepts, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Strong commercial instinct with experience thinking through value, pricing, and account growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to scope technical work.
• Experience delivering complex, consultative customer engagements in regulated industries.
