AI Deployment Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI engagements from kickoff to adoption, leading agile sprints and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Partner with clients to identify high-impact problems and define AI-driven product features to address them.
• Convert customer requirements and operational pain points into clear technical specifications for internal engineering teams.
• Drive adoption and change management by engaging users and leading the people-and-process shifts required for new workflows.
• Manage the commercial agenda within accounts, building trust and demonstrating measurable impact to expand client relationships.
• Support AI diligence by assessing target companies' AI strategies, data infrastructure, and technical maturity.
• Bridge the gap between strategy and technology by translating complex AI/ML capabilities for investment committees and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with meaningful exposure to AI deployment in complex, real-world environments.
• Background in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), private equity, investment banking, or leading AI/product companies.
• Strong technical literacy in AI/ML, including the ability to evaluate data pipelines and model strategies.
• Proven experience driving change management, workflow transformation, and adoption at scale within large enterprises.
• Ability to translate technical trade-offs and complex AI capabilities for non-technical business and investment audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in financial services, including banking, asset management, insurance, or fintech.
• Experience contributing to diligence processes, strategic analysis, or technical evaluations.
• Startup or high-growth operating experience with comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Familiarity with financial data workflows and regulatory considerations for AI deployment.
