AI Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and own end-to-end implementation
• Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using APIs and Knowledge Graph capabilities
• Translate technical concepts into prescriptive solution recommendations for customers
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback
• Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows to reduce customer time-to-value
• Champion the adoption and expansion of AI solutions within customer accounts

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical SaaS roles
• At least 3 years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management
• Deep technical fluency in Python
• Extensive experience leveraging APIs and designing sophisticated prompts
• Proven track record delivering complex solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
