AI Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert on OpenAI Codex for a portfolio of customers.
• Partner with customers to design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows, from rapid prototyping to production rollout.
• Build high-quality demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations.
• Lead large-format workshops, technical deep dives, and hands-on enablement sessions for engineering organizations.
• Contribute technical content, including guides and best practices, to the OpenAI Cookbook.
• Gather product insights from customer deployments to provide feedback to internal product and engineering teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor on solution architecture, operational readiness, and security considerations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, post-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Proven status as a power user of AI coding tools with a deep understanding of developer productivity.
• Experience building rapid prototypes, integrations, and high-signal demos.
• Experience delivering high-impact technical workshops or training to engineering teams.
• Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and strategic stakeholders.
