AI Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert post-sale for a portfolio of customers to design and deploy GenAI solutions
• Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders to identify and validate high-value GenAI applications
• Accelerate customer time to value by providing architectural guidance and building hands-on prototypes
• Maintain strong relationships with leadership and technical teams to drive adoption and expansion
• Contribute to open-source resources and enterprise-facing technical documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to inform product development and improve customer outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, or solutions architecture experience
• Experience leading complex deployments of Generative AI or traditional machine learning systems
• Hands-on proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to executive audiences
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
