AI Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert on OpenAI Codex for a portfolio of customers
• Partner with customers to design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows
• Build high-quality demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations
• Lead large-format workshops, technical deep dives, and hands-on enablement sessions
• Contribute technical content, guides, and best practices to the OpenAI Cookbook
• Gather product insights from customer deployments to inform internal product direction
• Advise on solution architecture, operational readiness, and security considerations

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, or solutions architecture experience
• Proven experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity
• Active power user of AI coding tools with a deep understanding of developer productivity
• Experience building prototypes, integrations, and technical demos
• Experience delivering high-impact technical workshops or training to engineering teams
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
