AI Deployment Engineer, Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into technical architectures and implementation plans.
• Design, build, and deploy AI systems that solve complex customer problems and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Work hands-on in code to build prototypes, evaluation harnesses, reference implementations, and production accelerators.
• Make technical decisions regarding models, agents, retrieval, reliability, latency, cost, safety, and security.
• Diagnose complex implementation challenges and drive blockers toward resolution.
• Create reusable architectures, tooling, and technical guidance to accelerate future enterprise deployments.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering AI/ML systems in enterprise environments, moving from prototype to production.
• Substantial personal contributions in code, architecture, evaluation, or production engineering.
• High proficiency in Python and comfort working across an AI application stack.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or another relevant language.
• Deep understanding of how to systematically evaluate AI systems using representative data and production signals.
• Experience navigating enterprise production requirements including security, privacy, data governance, and observability.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts with clarity to both engineers and executives.
