AI Decision Science Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and test custom AI algorithms and techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Manage large databases and conduct exploratory data analytics to derive stakeholder insights.
• Investigate root causes of problems using systematic problem-solving and probing questions.
• Build and manage data pipelines to streamline information flow and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to achieve project objectives.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience working on AI projects with successful outcomes.
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI frameworks such as Azure OpenAI or Vertex AI.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies including Embedding, prompt engineering, NLP, and computer vision.
• Experience building and deploying Statistical Models and Machine Learning (segmentation, predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python, R, Java, SQL, or Spark.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling models.
• Knowledge of training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domains.
• Ability to work with large datasets and present findings to key stakeholders.
