AI Data Platform Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product design for the AI data platform, supporting core processes including data cleaning, labeling, quality inspection, evaluation, and dataset management
• Design labeling and evaluation features such as task configuration, workflow management, auditing, and result management
• Collaborate with algorithm teams to understand data requirements for model training and evaluation, driving the construction of data standards and quality mechanisms
• Implement intelligent labeling, pre-labeling, and automated quality inspection capabilities to improve data production efficiency
• Track data usage effectiveness and drive badcase feedback loops, data optimization, and model performance improvements
• Coordinate with algorithm, engineering, operations, and business teams to drive continuous platform iteration

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience with data platforms, AI platforms, labeling platforms, or evaluation platforms preferred
• Strong ability to organize processes and design systems to abstract complex business workflows
• Understanding of data cleaning, labeling, quality inspection, evaluation, and dataset management processes
• Interest or relevant experience in Large Language Models (LLM), Multimodal, Agents, or intelligent labeling
• Strong data awareness and cross-team communication skills
• Experience with B-end platform products, task flow systems, or AI data projects is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM, VLM, SFT, RLHF, or model evaluation
• Experience with image, video, or multimodal data products
• Experience with automated labeling, human-in-the-loop, expert labeling, or crowdsourced labeling
• Experience building platform products from 0 to 1
