AI Data Center Construction Specialist (System & IT Development/DCIM)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate Data Center (DC) operating systems, including DCIM, BAS, EPMS, and NMS.
• Develop and implement Uptime Tier-3 level DCIM architectures and manage the full lifecycle from RFP to PM.
• Build monitoring and analysis systems for power, mechanical facilities, and network operations (including DDoS protection).
• Design and deploy LLM-based operational agents to advance AI-driven data center management.
• Perform data analysis to optimize data center operations and system efficiency.
• Establish and manage security policies for DC operating systems.
• Provide technical engineering support for business development and client requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DC operating system development or operation (NMS, DCIM, BAS, EPMS, SCADA, etc.).
• OR 5+ years of experience in Big Data distributed system development and operation.
• Proficiency in Python or other major programming languages.
• Proven capability in designing AI-based big data analysis systems.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with operations, sales, and external developers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• Experience with large-scale data centers (10MW or higher).
• Experience designing or building AI-based systems using LLM or RAG.
• Experience in power/mechanical automatic control system development.
• Experience working within the domestic or international Cloud ecosystem.
• Proficiency in business English.
• Certifications related to programming, data analysis, or system security.
