AI Data Center Construction Expert (Architecture)

Responsibilities

• Lead overall architectural design and construction management for data center (DC) facilities
• Design data center structures meeting Uptime Tier-3 or higher standards
• Develop architectural design standard manuals and manage construction processes
• Review and apply global new technologies, construction methods, and trends in the architectural field
• Evaluate and implement high-efficiency and eco-friendly architectural materials and structures
• Provide technical support for business and sales acquisitions
• Consult with clients regarding architectural requirements and provide technical responses

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center architectural design
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center construction/execution
• Proven expertise in data center design, construction, and project management

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• Possession of professional certifications related to architectural construction
• Experience in designing or executing overseas construction projects
• Proficiency in business English conversation
• Experience working with companies within the domestic or international Cloud ecosystem
