AI Data & Automation Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the collection, cleaning, and analysis of operational and commercial data
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor company KPIs
• Develop automated workflows using no-code/low-code tools
• Collaborate on the integration of AI tools into internal processes
• Automate repetitive tasks related to CRM, sales, and operations
• Support the team in managing and optimizing databases
• Analyze performance and propose data-driven improvements
• Document implemented processes and automations

Requirements

• Excellent command of the Italian language
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in AI, automation, and data analysis
• Proactive attitude and initiative
• Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Python (nice to have)
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
