AI & Data Analyst Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and the semantic model for commercial reporting.
• Write SQL queries to extract, cross-reference, and explore data from company databases.
• Contribute to the definition, validation, and documentation of sales metrics and KPIs.
• Help build and automate dashboards and periodic reports used by management and operational teams.
• Use AI tools to accelerate queries, analysis, and automations while validating outputs.
• Analyze commercial trends and anomalies to provide actionable business insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
• Knowledge of SQL or a strong interest in developing it quickly.
• Practical familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and effective prompting.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent Italian and working proficiency in English (B2+).
• Strong critical thinking and business curiosity.
• Ability to synthesize complex analyses into actionable points for management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Python.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Exposure to data warehouse logic or automation processes.
