AI Cyber Security Threat Intelligence Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor, detect, and analyse emerging cyber threats and attack vectors targeting AI/ML infrastructure, models, and data pipelines
• Develop and implement proactive defence strategies and security frameworks to protect against adversarial attacks, data poisoning, and model inversion
• Translate complex AI security risks into actionable intelligence reports and briefings for senior leadership and risk committees
• Collaborate with Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Incident Response teams to investigate and remediate AI-specific security breaches
• Align technical delivery with the client's long-term security strategy and professional standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years focused on securing AI/ML workloads or advanced data platforms
• Proven experience working within Tier 1 or Tier 2 banking institutions and navigating strict regulatory standards
• Prior experience in a client-facing professional services or consultancy role
• Experience analysing complex cloud-based enterprise environments such as AWS or Azure
• Advanced understanding of AI-specific security frameworks including OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and MITRE ATLAS
• Proficiency in collecting and analysing technical cyber threat intelligence within corporate network environments
• Ability to communicate critical security risks to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or specialized AI/Cloud security credentials
• Familiarity with Python, MLOps pipelines, or data science tools
• Deep understanding of global financial regulations impacting AI, such as the EU AI Act
