About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for small business customers
- Drive product adoption and utilization through in-depth industry knowledge
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
- Proactively manage the renewal process to secure customer retention
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and optimize product usage
- Act as a customer advocate by relaying feedback to product and engineering teams
Requirements
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role (CSM, Account Manager, or Client Services)
- Experience in the software or SaaS industry
- Working knowledge of AI technologies such as LLMs, Voice AI, or automation platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
