Console is building the AI agents that power autonomous enterprises. We use AI to autonomously resolve IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Security, and Ops tasks the moment they come in from Slack or Teams. We've raised $29M, backed by Thrive Capital.
Responsibilities
- Own Console's enterprise enablement strategy and roadmap
- Architect the function end-to-end including content, tooling, delivery, and metrics
- Build onboarding and training resources such as guides, videos, courses, and help center content
- Design scalable learning experiences across customer personas and use cases
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, Sales, and Engineering to surface customer knowledge gaps
- Build repeatable systems for gathering feedback and measuring content effectiveness
Requirements
- 6+ years in customer enablement or education with program ownership
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven track record of building enablement programs from zero
- Ability to translate complex technical products into clear learning experiences
- Proficiency in documentation, training decks, videos, webinars, and live trainings
- High-agency operator comfortable with ambiguity and zero-to-one builds
- Ability to engage enterprise customers at the VP and executive level
