Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality AI video content for client campaigns, internal projects, and platform demos
• Maintain deep expertise across generative video models including Veo3, Sora2, Runway, Kling, Hailuo, Wan, and Pika
• Develop advanced prompting techniques and multi-step pipelines
• Combine AI footage with traditional editing tools like Premiere, After Effects, and CapCut
• Experiment with new models on release day and build prompt libraries
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and production team to bring ad concepts to life

Requirements

• 1+ years creating AI video content with a portfolio
• Active AI creator or influencer with 50K+ followers on at least one social platform
• Encyclopedic knowledge of current generative video models
• Exceptional prompting skills and understanding of visual parameters
• Strong visual eye and storytelling instinct
• Ability to work at a fast startup pace

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in motion design, VFX, filmmaking, or advertising
