Responsibilities

• Generate static and dynamic content for various product streams including in-app, social media, funnels, web, and iOS
• Minimize AI artifacts and maintain high realism in images and videos
• Analyze and test new AI tools and features to optimize workflows
• Document and scale successful AI production approaches within the team
• Adhere to brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all formats

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI image and video generation
• Background or strong understanding of graphic design principles
• Proficiency with AI image tools such as Ideogram, Freepik, or ComfyUI
• Experience with AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Pika, or Sora
• Ability to write precise and effective prompts for high-quality results
• Understanding of iOS content specifications, including formats and proportions
• Ability to maintain high quality under tight deadlines and high volume

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven AI workflow with specific metrics (generation volume and QA pass rates)
• Basic motion design principles for video content
• Ability to maintain character and style consistency across frames
• Systematic thinking to identify patterns and process improvements
