AI Creative Strategist

Responsibilities

• Own creative output for high-visibility moments, including product launches and brand campaigns
• Manage and elevate a distributed design team and hire new designers as the team grows
• Drive AI-first creative production by building repeatable workflows for ideation and asset production
• Own Gamma's brand identity and visual systems across marketing, social, events, and sales collateral
• Develop creative strategies for a full audience spectrum, from individual creators to enterprise decision-makers
• Build frameworks for regional teams to produce on-brand work at speed across global markets

Requirements

• Performance or direct-response creative background with experience shipping high volumes of ad creative
• Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools including LLMs, image generation, AI video, and voiceover
• Experience with prompt engineering, API integrations, and automation tools like n8n or Make
• Strong analytical skills to interpret creative and account performance in ad platforms
• Hands-on experience with both static and video formats

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with subscription and LTV dynamics
