AI Creative Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead creative concept development across projects, setting creative direction and bringing a strong, differentiated point of view.
• Shape the organization's vision for AI in creative work, determining where it adds value and how it integrates with traditional craft.
• Pioneer new creative approaches and formats made possible through generative AI.
• Work fluidly across all scales of production, from individual creative components to polished, professional-grade final assets.
• Stay ahead of the fast-moving AI landscape by exploring emerging tools and setting standards for their use.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate goals and the need for speed into high-quality creative output.
• Steward brand consistency and manage the ethical and rights considerations associated with AI-generated content.

Requirements

• Strong creative sensibility with a proven ability to evaluate, direct, and elevate creative work.
• Deep, current fluency with generative AI tools and the ability to refine AI output to a professional, human-centric standard.
• Hands-on experience with leading AI models and creative tools, including Adobe, Google, Jasper, Claude, and Synthesia.
• An experimental mindset with a track record of developing new creative methods and approaches.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• A creative portfolio demonstrating both high-level judgment and technical command of AI tools, ideally showing the creative process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience owning creative concept development for significant campaigns in an agency, studio, or in-house environment.
• A track record of inventing new creative formats or approaches using AI.
• Fluency across multiple creative mediums, such as still, motion, design, or copy.
• Familiarity with the rights, licensing, and provenance landscape surrounding AI-generated content.
