AI Copilot Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design and lead training sessions on AI tools including Copilot, automation, and intelligent assistants
• Train diverse audiences including business users, support functions, and technical teams
• Create pedagogical materials such as presentations, practical cases, and tutorials
• Adapt content based on professional needs and skill levels
• Support change management and drive the adoption of AI solutions
• Monitor evolutions in AI tools and usage
• Measure training impact and propose improvements

Requirements

• Master's degree (Engineering school or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of generative AI tools and Microsoft Copilot
• Experience in training or workshop facilitation
• Excellent communication and popularization skills
• Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing)
• Ability to work in the Ile-de-France region

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with collaborative tools like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
• Knowledge of prompt engineering
• Experience in change management
• Professional training certification
