AI Content Specialist

Responsibilities

• Quality-assure AI-generated content by reviewing use cases for accuracy, working prompts, and realistic outputs.
• Identify patterns in generation failures and provide feedback to the AI Content Systems Architect to improve the generation system.
• Maintain content currency by using AI-assisted processes to identify and update use cases affected by changing AI tools.
• Curate knowledge bases of best practices and AI tool documentation, ensuring all resources are accurate and correctly tagged.
• Triage user feedback on content and support customer-side content owners on quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong editorial judgement and quality instinct to evaluate if content is accurate and useful.
• Hands-on AI building skills, including the ability to use AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to build functional prototypes or agents.
• Proficiency with GitHub, including navigating repositories, creating branches, and submitting pull requests.
• Evals fluency, with an understanding of structured AI-output evaluation and designing rubrics to catch quality issues at scale.
• Data fluency to track quality trends and prioritize improvements based on insights.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in an early-stage, fast-moving product environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in learning design, instructional design, content strategy, or technical writing.
• Experience working within technical or AI-focused disciplines.
• Prior exposure to LLM evaluation tooling or platforms, such as LLM-as-judge frameworks.
