AI Consultant

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered workflows using Zoho CRM, Creator, Desk, Analytics, and Flow
• Implement Zia AI features for prediction, automation, lead scoring, and chatbots
• Identify repetitive business tasks and convert them into smart automated systems
• Integrate Zoho applications with OpenAI, WhatsApp, Gmail, and third-party APIs
• Develop custom functions and Deluge scripts to support backend automation
• Test, troubleshoot, and deploy scalable AI solutions for real business use
• Maintain documentation for all AI systems, workflows, and integrations

Requirements

• Strong passion for AI, automation, and solving complex business problems
• Basic understanding of Zoho products, CRM systems, or business software
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, AI tools, no-code platforms, or automation tools
• Logical thinking and a strong problem-solving mindset
• Basic knowledge of APIs, scripting, Excel, or databases is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn fast
