About the Company

The AI Consulting Team leads practical AI Transformation for LG Group by leveraging core technologies from LG AI Research. The team defines problems across various industries, proposes solutions, and creates real business impact by applying AI to actual field operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management consulting based on AI technology
• Define industry-specific problems through communication and collaboration with Line of Business departments
• Research customer requirements and explore methodologies for problem-solving in collaboration with R&D departments
• Lead project management and stakeholder coordination throughout the problem-solving process
• Prepare reports and presentations for the entire project lifecycle
• Assetize methodologies and outcomes, including problem definitions, data, algorithms, and metrics

Requirements

• 10+ years of total professional experience (5+ years in a related field)
• High level of understanding and professional experience in AI, DX (Digital Transformation), and Data
• Strong leadership skills in communicating with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient documentation and presentation skills
• STEM background (Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Management Engineering, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field with 5+ years of practical experience
• Experience working at AI or Data-related consulting firms
• Understanding or practical experience in the automotive or chemical industries
• Experience as a PM for medium-sized teams (10+ people) or a PL for large-scale teams (30+ people)
• Experience in service planning and operations to understand customer needs
• Interest in and understanding of the latest AI research and papers
