AI Cloud Security Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-call security lead for the Americas region, owning 7x24 alert triage and incident response.
• Personally drive response to high-severity incidents including GPU cluster cryptojacking, ransomware, and data exfiltration.
• Write SIEM detection rules (Wazuh, Splunk, Elastic SIEM) covering GPU cloud attack scenarios.
• Lead pre-production security readiness assessments for AI Data Centers (AIDCs).
• Drive host hardening initiatives including Linux baselines and firmware CVE tracking.
• Manage perimeter security, DDoS mitigation, and network-layer security controls.
• Act as the security interface for Americas customers and handle US law enforcement requests.
• Coordinate security operations and handoffs with Singapore HQ.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of hands-on information security experience.
• 5+ years focused on cloud infrastructure, IaaS, or data center security operations.
• Proven experience as an Incident Commander leading P0/P1 security incidents.
• Deep expertise in Linux system security, network protocols, virtualization, and Kubernetes security.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting (Go or Rust preferred).
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms and SIGMA rule format.
• Familiarity with eBPF technology (Tetragon, Falco, Cilium) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Relevant certification (GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, OSCP, CISSP, or CCSP).
• Willingness to participate in a 7x24 on-call rotation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK Cloud and Container Matrices.
• Experience with DDoS scrubbing services like Cloudflare Magic Transit or Arbor.
